Wimbledon 2025 results: Grigor Dimitrov retires injured when two sets up against Jannik Sinner in fourth round

A destroyed Grigor Dimitrov left Wimbledon to tears, after he was forced to injure when he was founded in the number one world number one Jannik Sinner.

Dimitrov from Bulgaria led 6-3 7-5 2-2 to a fascinating competition before he fell to the ground, holding his right pectoral after serving a wand.

After the incident, he seemed in serious discomfort, and the sinner ran to help immediately.

After returning to his chair, Dimitrov received medical treatment and then left the court for a while before he returned to tears to shake his sin.

He abandoned the Central Court to applaud the standing, but he was able to barely lift his right arm to wave with appreciation.
