The case comes three months after the 63 -year -old Morris is accused of inappropriate actions with five points immoral or a child.
The case, which was filed at the Dallas District Court last week, claims that 53 -year -old Cindy met Morris in the Church of Oklahoma in 1981 and that both families were getting closer.
Allegedly, Cindy claimed that Morris had touched him in an inappropriate way while staying at Clemishire in 1982 and that sexual abuse lasted for more than four years.

The court said that Morris’s actions mean “a child, rape and a child’s constant sexual abuse and criminal sexual contact”.
It is claimed that Morris and Kohorts despise their allegations of sexual assault and underestimate their actions as “an inappropriate relationship”, “indecision”, “his transitions”, “moral failures” and “non -marriage relationship”.
