“I am honored to extend the invitation of @POTUS to Prime Minister @narendramodi to join the Peace Council that will bring lasting peace to Gaza. The Board will support effective governance to ensure stability and prosperity!”

In the letter, Trump said, “I am Greatly Honored to invite you, as the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, to join me in a critically historic and Magnificent effort to solidify Peace in the Middle East while embarking on a bold new approach to resolving Global Conflict!” he said.
In his letter, Trump referenced his Sept. 29 announcement of the Comprehensive Plan to end the Gaza conflict.”

“Now is the time to make all these Dreams a reality. At the center of the plan is the Peace Board, which will be established as a new International Organization and Interim Executive Administration, the most impressive and effective Board ever assembled,” Trump said. he wrote.

“Our efforts will bring together a select group of countries ready to take on the noble responsibility of building LASTING PEACE, an honor reserved for those who are ready to lead by example and intelligently invest in a secure and prosperous future for future generations. In the near future we will bring together our wonderful and committed partners, many of whom are Respected World Leaders,” he added.

Why Did Trump Invite India to Gaza ‘Peace Board’?

Trump’s invitation to the Gaza ‘peace plan’ highlights India’s growing influence on the international stage and reflects New Delhi’s evolving role in global decision-making and diplomacy. This invitation comes at a time when geopolitical tensions and ongoing conflicts continue to shape global affairs.

Who is in the Gaza ‘Peace Board’?

ANI reported that the White House on Friday announced the list of people appointed to the “Peace Board” to oversee the second phase of Trump’s 20-Point Peace Plan to end the Gaza conflict.

According to the statement made by the White House, the names include US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff, World Bank President Ajay Banga and Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner.

The list also includes Apollo Global Management CEO Marc Rowan and US Deputy National Security Advisor Robert Gabriel.

The announcement also included the names of members of the Gaza Executive Board, including Blair, Kushner and Witkoff, as well as Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Qatari diplomat Ali Al Thawadi and others.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Gaza ‘Peace Board’

The White House announced that members of the Board of Directors will oversee defined portfolios critical to the stability and long-term success of Gaza, including but not limited to governance capacity building, regional relations, reconstruction, investment attraction, large-scale financing, and capital mobilization, with U.S. President Trump as Chairman of the Peace Corps.

Aryeh Lightstone and Josh Gruenbaum have been named senior advisors charged with leading day-to-day strategy and operations and translating the Board’s authority and diplomatic priorities into disciplined implementation.

Within the scope of the administrative mechanism under the plan, Executive Board member Nickolay Mladenov will serve as the High Representative for Gaza and will act as the on-the-ground liaison between the Peace Council and the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG).

What is NCAG in the ‘Gaza Peace Plan’?

The White House described the NCAG as a key component of the second phase, noting that it is a vital step forward in implementing Phase Two of the Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict, a 20-point roadmap for lasting peace, stability, reconstruction and prosperity in the region.

NCAG will be led by Ali Sha’ath, a technocratic leader who will oversee the restoration of basic public services, the rebuilding of civilian institutions and the stability of daily life in Gaza, as well as laying the foundation for a long-term, self-sustaining administration, the White House said in a statement.

Besides governance and restructuring planning, the statement also outlined security arrangements to ensure stability. In addition, to ensure security, maintain peace, and create a permanent terrorism-free environment, Major General Jasper Jeffers was appointed Commander of the International Stabilization Force (ISF); Here he will manage security operations, support comprehensive disarmament, and ensure the safe delivery of humanitarian aid and reconstruction supplies.
