Women charged after man found dead inside car on Cornwall industrial estate

Two women have been charged after a man’s body was found inside a car in a business park.
Dinah Manders, 88, and Rosemary Manders, 53, are accused of obstructing a lawful and decent burial.
The charges relate to the discovery of a man’s remains at a business park in Helston, Cornwall, in December 2024.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the man, aged in his 60s and from the Avon and Somerset area, was confirmed dead at the scene.
An investigation revealed he was Glen Manders, 66, from Somerset.
Two women were arrested on suspicion of murder, willful neglect of a mentally unstable person and obstructing a lawful burial.
Dinah Manders, of Weirfield Road, Exeter, and Rosemary Manders, of Upton Lane, Ilminster, Somerset, will face judges in Truro on March 26.
Police confirmed they will face no further action in relation to the allegations of murder and willful negligence.
