Women’s Commission sets up panel to probe alleged sexual harassment at TCS Nashik

The National Commission for Women on Wednesday (April 15, 2026) said it had set up a fact-finding committee to investigate the alleged cases of sexual harassment against employees at the Tata Consultancy Services BPO unit in Nashik, Maharashtra.
The commission said in a statement that the delegation will visit the facility on April 18 to conduct an on-site inspection, examine the conditions that led to the incident and evaluate the response of the authorities.
