WrestleMania 42: Paige pins Alexa Bliss to win WWE women’s tag titles in return

LAS VEGAS – WrestleMania can still deliver some unexpected moments, and Saturday night showed it.
Before the start of the fatal four-way match for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, Nikki Bella came out with Brie Bella and announced that she would no longer be able to participate in the match due to an ankle injury.
But he said he called a friend for support.

Paige’s music hit and the crowd at WrestleMania 42 went completely wild. Paige would team up with Brie Bella for a match against champions Nia Jax and Lash Legend, Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair, and Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.
Bella started the match on behalf of her team. The crowd was eagerly waiting for Bella to follow Paige, and when she did, the crowd went wild. Paige was tending to Jax before Bliss attacked.
Flair tried to help Bliss but was hit with Nikki Bella’s crutch. Bliss got Paige into a top rope lunge position but kept her eye on Paige long enough for her to recover. Paige countered Bliss and hit RamPaige. She pinned Bliss for the win.

Paige and Brie Bella became the new tag team champions.
Paige started with Florida Championship Wrestling in 2011 before moving to the NXT brand. She made her WWE debut in 2014 when she challenged AJ Lee for the Divas Championship. Paige won the match and became the youngest Divas champion at the age of 21.
She would help create a new generation of female wrestlers in 2015 as part of the women’s revolution. However, neck injuries kept him sidelined for two years.
