Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party is the most popular party among gay and bisexual men, a stunning new poll has revealed. That’s according to pollster More in Common, which found that Reform is the most popular party not only among heterosexual men (33%) but also among gay and bisexual men (25%). The same poll found that 29 percent of heterosexual women also supported Reform, making it the most popular party among women. The poll may shock the Left, but why not? After all, given the attitudes of many people coming to Britain across the border, gay men and women are often greatly affected by uncontrolled immigration.
Meanwhile, pollsters still show the Reformation advancing apace. Although the Greens saw a bounce after the Gorton by-election, similar to the bounce in the Conservative Party following Kemi Badenoch’s response to Labour’s woeful budget, that surge in support for Zack Polanski now appears to be receding.
Electoral Calculation still has a Reform minority government as the most likely outcome at the next election, and that’s simply due to tactical anti-Reform voting, a serious risk for Farage by the way. A reform majority government remains the second most likely outcome.
All eyes will now be on May’s local elections after Labor was forced to cancel this deferment to voters following Reform’s mounting legal challenges and mounting public pressure.
Be that as it may, Reformation is winning the support of a wide range of voters (including, I would bet, increasing numbers of racial minorities, particularly British South Asians). I’m sorry Sir Keir, but the turquoise tidal wave doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.
