Zendaya shows off her incredible figure in a sheer gown as she continues to sport ‘something blue’ at The Drama premiere afterparty

On the promotional tour for her wedding-themed movie The Drama, she’s determined to wear something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue.

And Zendaya continued the blue theme as she headed to the New York premiere afterparty at the Waverly Inn in New York on Thursday.

The 29-year-old actress looked sensational in her flowing navy blue dress with a transparent bodice that revealed her muscles.

She dared to go braless in the backless dress, which featured artfully placed tassels that kept her modesty down.

Zendaya accessorized her look with a large costume ring, complemented by dazzling diamond and sapphire earrings and navy blue heels.

The thin gold ‘wedding’ band she’s been wearing for weeks completed her look, amid claims she secretly married fiancé Tom Holland.

Earlier in the night, Zendaya wore her first ‘blue’ outfit while working out strapless black-and-blue feathered Schiaparelli Haute Couture dress on the red carpet.

The dress consisted of 65,000 blue and black raw silk feathers in 27 different shades of blue, and she wore her hair slicked back and wore a Tiffany & Co. She was adorned with blue drop earrings.

Queen of method dressing, Zendaya styles her ‘turdrobe’ to the tune of a traditional British wedding.

Last week, she called on pal Cate Blanchett to deliver a ‘borrowed look’ for the Rome premiere.

Zendaya looked incredible on the red carpet in a plunging Giorgio Armani Privé gown designed for Cate, 56.

The silk architectural column dress, cut to the navel, clung to her sensational body, while the onyx stone decorations on her collar dazzled under the bright lights.

The dress is a special one for Cate, who has worn it twice so far, first at the 2022 SAG Awards and most recently at the Venice Film Festival this past August.

For a throwback thing, Zendaya re-wore the same custom Vivienne Westwood dress she wore to the 2015 Oscars for the Los Angeles premiere.

The elegant, full-length satin dress was corset-style at the top and was adorned with a tulle plunging neckline that cascaded down the back.

She described her look to Variety: ‘This is my old thing! I thought I could bring him back and give him a new life. ‘This dress meant a lot to me.’

She continued: ‘Plus it’s a wedding dress, so it works!’

For something new, Zendaya wore a brand new custom Louis Vuitton dress to the Paris premiere.

The white backless wedding dress was form-fitting and had a large black bow at the back.

Zendaya also wears her gold ‘wedding’ band with every look, amidst marriage speculation.

It was her stylist who sparked the latest wedding speculation after she made a cheeky remark at the beginning of March suggesting her long-time client and close friend was already married to Spider-Man star Holland.

Law Roach dropped the bombshell when he told Access Hollywood: ‘The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”

When asked if it was ‘true’ he replied: ‘Very true!’

The comment, made ahead of the premiere of her movie about a wedding, led many fans to speculate that the engaged actress might have already been secretly married.

Despite marriage speculations, the couple is yet to publicly confirm or deny their marital status.

The two met on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016 and kept their romance secret for years until they confirmed they were in a relationship and later announced their engagement.

In The Drama, Zendaya plays Emma Harwood, who is preparing to marry Charlie Thompson (Robert Pattinson).

The story follows the lead up to their wedding, and the plot unfolds when one of them makes a shocking confession, sending the other into a tailspin.

Drama, written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli, opened in Los Angeles on March 17 and will open in theaters nationwide on April 3.

Does the “something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue” concept actually enhance its promotional appearance, or does it feel gimmicky?
