Glendale traffic gridlock: heavy congestion near State Farm Stadium for Charlie Kirk memorial
Traffic blockage started before 5 am at the West Interstate 10 and Loop 101. Arizona Ministry of Transportation cameras to Glendale Boulevard documented long vehicle lines in the outer strips approaching the Glendale area.

Multiple road closures implemented by Glendale police
Glendale Police Department and Arizona Public Safety Department announced multiple closes that affect the drivers:
- Cardinals Way is closed between 99th street and 91th street. Cycle 101 and out of the ramp.
- Maryland Boulevard is closed between 95. Street and 91. Street. Loop 101 HOV ramps are closed.
- The 99th street is closed between Maryland Boulevard and Glendale Boulevard.
- Between Maryland Boulevard and Entertainment Boulevard, the 95th Street and 93th Street are closed.
- The NorthBound Loop 101 ramp is closed in the north. The ramps in both directions are closed in Camelback and Indian School Roads.
Serious collision compounds stadium close traffic problems
