Fears over virus with ‘70% mortality rate’ that could spark ‘Disease X’ pandemic | UK | News

The Covid-19 pandema resulted in about 1.2 million deaths, but worryingly, experts believe that they serve only as a “warning shot” for the next thing.

While the most violent stage of this pandema passes, it continues with a new variant that is currently spreading to England in recent weeks.

However, experts warn that another pathogen that can do much more destruction is waiting in the shadows.

Dr Chris Van Tulleken produced a BBC documentary called Dr. Chris Van Tulleken, Disease X: Hunting the next sponge to investigate where this deadly pandema could emerge and which measures were applied to prevent it.

The daily briefing participated in the Who’s Geneva Headquarters, and experts in Africa, Asia and the United States provided updates on regional disease outbreaks that can trigger potentially more comprehensive damage. Many of them have terrible mortality rates.

For example, a bird flu outbreak in Vietnam has only recorded 129 approved infections, but already resulted in 65 deaths.

The organization emphasized numerous yellow feet cases especially in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, where 56 out of 144 cases have been proven to be fatal.

Doctor Margaret Harris reveals that the DSÖ constantly monitors potential dangers globally and summarizes diseases that especially experts.

He said: “Ebola, Marburg, influenza, all coronaviruses, but probably the most importantly X disease.

“Disease X is a term with the potential to cause serious global pandema to describe an unknown pathogen in 2018.”

This is not the only person when Covid begins as an illness x.

Chris added that experts have already watched the outbreaks of several unknown diseases without any unknown treatment and unknown boundaries. Worst of all, he’s scared, henipavirus.

A village in Malaysia was “destroyed” with the epidemic of the virus in the 1990s after spreading to human permanence from the disease.

The region was quarantined by armed troops to include the epidemic.

The virus has a mortality rate of 40%to 70%and the damage that may cause if it starts to spread internationally cannot be calculated. A recent study discovered virus elements in Australian bats and feared that it might be caused by air.

In the meantime, it is known that the more common H5N1 bird flu, which has already infiltrated a large Texas farm, infects farm workers and veterinarians. There are concerns that millions of gallon raw milk sold for human consumption can be contaminated with virus.

Despite a serious problem recorded from this contamination, the bird flu is no longer closer to the pandemic potential than before, “Chris warns.

He also adds: “The best case scenario for an H5N1 pandemi is the transformation into a harmless disease. The worst situation turns into a extremely deadly and very infectious thing.”

Experts at the DSÖ headquarters have not yet predicted its way. However, they watch the situation daily, hoping to warn us all before it is too late.
