Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs returns to court for an appeal

Sean “Diddy” Combs came to court on the proposal of a jury to find guilty of prostitution charges, but to put it aside from a more serious sex smuggling and tribute.
The 55 -year -old combs are sentenced to up to 20 years of imprisonment if the conviction stops on July 2.
The jury members found that he paid a male escort to travel along the state lines to have sex with his girlfriends while shooting and masturbating.
He claimed that he was not guilty of all the charges that could be imprisoned for life.
While the US Regional Judge Arun entered Subramanian’s court room in Manhattan, Combs smiled, hugged his lawyers and sat on his family.
Subramanian did not tell you when he would decide the movement of the combs.
Combs’s lawyers invited the judge to put aside the decision in the July 30 court, because the combs did not have sex with prostitutes or girlfriends in drug -fuel sex marathons for days known as “Freak Offs”.
They also argued that Combs filmed as “amateur pornography”, which they call protected speech within the scope of the first change of the US Constitution.
Prosecutors at the US Law Office in Manhattan said that Covers did not need to be condemned to gender because Combs helped to travel the male escorts in the 20 August file.
If their girlfriends stopped participating in the matches, they said they used films as blackmail.
Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024 for sex smuggling, and since then, he was held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
At the two -month hearing of this year, the prosecutors said he was forcing two former girlfriends to sexual performances.
Both women – known as Cassie – Rhythm and Blues singer Casandra Ventura and a woman known as Jane Picking – Combs have physically attack and threaten to cut financial support if they refused to participate in their sex performances.
The lawyers of the comb lawyers accepted physical attacks, but argued that they called domestic violence and that women’s participation in freak closures.
They also said that Ventura and Jane loved the combs because they consent to the encounters and they wanted to make her happy.
At the hearing, 20 minutes will be given to prosecutors and defense lawyers to offer their arguments.

Combs is scheduled to be sentenced to 3 October, supporting Subramanian’s conviction.
In a court at the beginning of this week, his lawyers proposed a 14 -month penalty.
