Tony Blair ‘wants to run interim Gaza government when war between Israel and Hamas ends’ – with Donald Trump aides backing him

Sir Tony Blair is reported to be reportedly wanting to carry out a temporary Gaza government when the war between Israel and Hamas ends.

The former Prime Minister wants to temporarily take responsibility for the surrounded area before delivering it to the Palestinian authority, which had previously checked until 2006.

The plan, which stands out by the Tony Blair Institute (TBI), is said to have the support of Donald Trump’s most important allies, including his son -in -law and former Middle East Advisor Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff.

The couple, in a meeting with the US President last month in favor of Mr. Blair’s plan, Türkiye, Pakistan, Indonesia and this week in New York United Nations General Assembly reportedly presented proposals to five Arab countries.

The plan would see that the former workers’ leader was president of an organ called Gaza International Transition Authority (GACA), which will be the ‘supreme political and legal authority’ of Gaza for five years.

Gita could initially rely on El-Arish, the capital of the North Sinai province of Egypt in south of Gaza. He would enter the lane with a multinational force.

Funded by the Gulf states, Mr. Blair would chair a secretary of 25 people and manage a board of seven.

Gaza and the West Bank would reunite and control would be delivered to the Palestinian authority, which would have had to make great reforms in advance.

“ Will be willing to sacrifice the time. He really wants to end the war, ‘he said close to Blair Economist.

Mr. Blair made more than one trip to the Middle East after the war in Gaza broke out, and the thinking tank soon began to prepare a plan for a post -war post.

Until 2015, the former prime minister was the special ambassador of the quartet in the Middle East, a group of UN, the USA, the EU and Russia, which mediates the Israeli-Palestinian peace process.

The plan was reported to be based on the international administrations present when Kosovo and Eastern Timor moved to state.

While it did not involve the displacement of Ghazans, Gita would be at least one Palestinian representative on the board, as well as a strong representation of Muslim members and senior UN figures.

Palestinian authority, led by Mahmud Abbas since 2005, led Gaza before Hamas seized control in 2007.

Mr. Abbas said that his administration was’ ready to seize ‘governance and security’ control and insisted that Hamas will be excluded from any future administration.

He warned his assistants that Mr. Blair’s plan could turn into a profession.

Hamas also wants to provide some control over education and health services in the lane.

Meanwhile, TBI’s research shows that more than a quarter of Ghazans will prefer international participation to their governments when the war ends.

Israel rejected any participation from the Palestinian authority governing Gaza, but is said to be engaged in a ‘constructive’ with Mr. Blair’s plan.

Mr. Trump is reported to be willing to receive the support of Saudi Arabia, a regional superpower that can prove that Mr. Blair is very important for any post -war plan.

Muhammad bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, wants a post -war settlement to lead to the creation of a Palestinian state.

However, the presence of a Palestinian state with Israel has been repeatedly rejected by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

And Israel’s far -right Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, Gaza’nin a real estate ‘bonanza’ claiming that the United States and the region discussed the region, he added.

Tony Blair Institute was contacted for comment.
