Cyberabad Women & Children Safety Wing steps up efforts against trafficking and harassment

During a week of driving between 21 and 27 September, a total of 27 people were reserved by SE Cyberabad Women and Children’s Security Wing teams for inappropriate actions in the public trap operations.
Small cases against them were reserved, followed by consulting. The teams also received 21 complaints from female victims through different platforms.
In addition, 74 awareness programs were organized in Cyberabad and four consultancy sessions were held at the Women and Children’s Security Wing. At the Family Counseling Center, 23 families participating in internal disputes were consulted with efforts to reconcile the differences between spouses.
Anti -Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU), Narsingi and Alllapur Police Stations within the scope of the Law of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) for two cases, rescued four victims and three defendants arrested. Eleven transsexuals were caught in Gachibowli and Narsingi during separate night raids.
As part of the Suraksha Kavach program, a university security workshop was managed by DCP K. Surjana in collaboration with the Cyberabad Security Council’s Child and Youth Forum. The workshop focused on cyber security, mental health, drug addiction, physical and road safety.
