Livvy Dunne fires back at negative social media comment

Olivia Dunne watched her boyfriend Paul Skenes to help Pittsburgh pirates for a win against Cincinnati Reds.

Dunne held his arms on his head while watching Skenes’ field and revealing the sweaty armpits. It was viral on social media. However, the former LSU Tigers gymnast took the last word.

“Pittsburgh ‘Pit’ Pit,” he wrote a person in response to one of the videos of Great American Ballpark to Tiktok.

Dunne said, “You break a sweat to be a Pirates fan.”

Pirates have a real core since they have not had the best seasons lately. Pirates have not played this season 70-90 and playoff since 2015 season.

In the last two seasons, Skenes has become one of the few bright points for pirates. The 2024 National League of the year was rookie and a contestant for the National League CY Young Award this season.

There are 216 strikes and 1.97 ERA in 32 games. However, the pirates were 10-10 years old while struggling to find support.

“Actually, I’m worse than I was last year,” Skenes said. “It was 1.96 last year. I am 1.97 years old this year. I just have to be better. No, cool. I don’t enter the year with any numerical target.”
