Robert Jenrick shut down pro-Palestinian protest plans on October 7 as “disgraceful”.

Tuesday marks the second anniversary of Hamas’ attacks on Israel. It comes days after two people were killed at a synagogue in Manchester.

Speaking at an audience event at the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester on Monday (October 6), the Shadow Justice Secretary asked for people to “show some common decency” and “think about your fellow citizens, your British Jews, people who may be frightening and lonely and scared at the moment and are calling for these protests.”
