Hull Funeral director admits 35 offences and denies others

A former funeral director has admitted 35 charges of fraud by false representation at Hull Crown Court.
Robert Bush, 47, also admitted a charge of fraudulently managing a Hull-based business called Legacy Independent Funeral Directors.
Mr Bush, formerly of Kirk Ella, East Yorkshire, and now residing in West Yorkshire, has denied 30 charges of obstructing legal and proper burials and one charge of stealing money from charity collection boxes.
He will stand trial at Sheffield Crown Court on 5 October 2026.
