Real reason William and Kate have not been seen since Andrew scandal | Royal | News

This reason has nothing to do with Prince Andrew, but rather their three children, Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7.

This is because all three children leave Lambrook School for half term on October 17; On the same day, Andrew renounced his royal titles.

William and Kate, both 43, often take a temporary break from public royal duties to spend as much time as possible with their children when they leave school.

While they sometimes stayed at their home in Windsor during this time, they are also believed to have spent half-term holidays at other royal residences, including Amner Hall in Norfolk.

But this term the future King and Queen are expected to be extra busy in Windsor as they prepare to move.

Although an official move-in date has not yet been publicly announced, the family is preparing to move into their new home at Forest Lodge Windsor before November 5th.

This means William and Kate, along with their children, will no doubt have been busy moving boxes around their Adelaide Cottage home last week.

The family is believed to be excited about the big move and Forest Lodge is expected to become their “forever home”.
