We’ve led the way in the last few days. Worm With the Albanian government’s apparent attempts to backtrack on its offer to host the COP31 summit next year. Yesterday the inevitable happened and Adelaide “missed out” despite Australia getting 27 out of 28 votes and Türkiye (itself) getting one vote.
