Boy who stabbed 8yo at Brentwood Park Primary School will not be charged

An 11-year-old boy who allegedly stabbed a younger student in a Melbourne primary school classroom will not be charged by police because he is too young.

A police spokesman said the boy was under the age of criminal responsibility and would not face charges.

“Victoria Police continues to work with government partners to ensure everyone involved is supported,” a spokesman said.
