Martin Lewis’ MSE shares Wednesday deadline with all UK parents | UK | News

Money Saving Expert (MSE), founded by Martin Lewis, issued a countdown warning to parents on social media, reminding them to take action within a few days.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), experts highlighted the looming deadline: “This is your last chance to get a FREE letter from Santa!
“Santa’s elves at Royal Mail can help you, but they must have received your letter by Wednesday 10 December.”
If you would like to send your list or a message to Santa, you can send it to:
- Santa/Santa Claus, Santa’s Grotto, Reindeer, XM4 5HQ
- Or in Welsh: Zion Egypt, Ogof Zion Egypt, Gwlad Y Ceirw, XM4 5HQ
Braille and BSL responses can be arranged by emailing santamail@royalmail.com.
On the website, Money Saving Expert It reminds people that this deadline is Royal Mail’s and the sooner you send it the better.
Although it’s said to be ‘free’, MSE reminds parents: “Technically it’s not 100% free as you’ll need to send your letter to Santa with a stamp (first class £1.70, second 87p). Don’t forget to include the full name and address so Santa knows where to send his reply.”
The warning also stated that a response is not guaranteed even for early applications. Alternatively, or if you cannot wait for a response, download a letter in its place.
