PhysicWallah Q2 FY26 results: Profit soars 70% YoY to ₹69.7 crore — check revenue and other details

Recently listed education technology company PhysicsWallah reported nearly 70% year-on-year growth in net profit. ₹69.7 billion in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26 (FY26). ₹41.1 crore in the same period last year.
The company reported operating income in its first quarterly results after listing ₹1,051.2 crore, up 26% year-on-year. ₹832.2 crore in the same quarter last year.
On Friday, December 8, shares of PhysicsWallah closed 1.95% higher on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). ₹138.55 per share.
Edtech company expanded ₹3,480 crore through the recent Initial Public Offering (IPO). ₹3,100 crore has been allocated to expand offline and hybrid learning centres, strengthen marketing initiatives and support digital and cloud infrastructure.
Noida-based company’s total expenses increased by 25% ₹999.6 crore in the September quarter, compared to ₹800 million in the same period last year ₹1,054.2 crore in the previous quarter. The company also reported consolidated EBITDA as follows: ₹181 crore.
