Police have launched an urgent appeal to the public to help find a missing man from Westminster in London. Metropolitan Police detectives are desperately seeking help to find ‘Gareth’, who was last seen on December 3.
The 45-year-old man was missing after leaving his son’s hospital bedside at St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington. The Met said despite extensive investigations there were “no confirmed sightings since he left hospital”. It is believed to have connections with Westminster, Harrow, Islington, Devon and Cornwall.
Detective Inspector Joseph Cato, of the Met’s Missing Persons Unit, said officers were “increasingly concerned” about Gareth’s welfare and appealed for anyone who may have seen him or knows his whereabouts to contact them immediately.
He said: “Along with Gareth’s family, we are increasingly concerned about his welfare. “We ask anyone who sees him or knows his whereabouts to contact us immediately.”
“Gareth was last seen wearing a gray beanie, a dark blue Adidas jacket, a black jumper with the Hugo logo on the chest and dark trousers. He is described as 6ft 1in tall, clean shaven and bald.”
