OnePlus 15 discounts offers: Here’s how you can get the premium phone under Rs 40,000

India’s year-end sale season has thrown up a surprise for smartphone buyers. The flagship OnePlus 15 is now available on Amazon, Flipkart and Croma at an effective price of under ₹40,000, thanks to a mix of direct price discounts, bank offers and exchange benefits. The deal puts a premium smartphone firmly in the mid-range price zone, making it one of the standout offerings right now.

OnePlus 15 discount offers: How to buy under ₹40,000?

OnePlus 15 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is currently listed at ₹72,999 on Amazon, Flipkart and Croma, down from its original price of ₹76,999. Buyers using select HDFC Bank or Axis Bank credit cards can avail an instant discount of ₹4,000, further reducing the upfront price.
All three platforms offer exchange benefits. Depending on the model and condition of the old smartphone, the exchange value can go up to ₹44,450. Even with a more conservative currency estimate of around £25,000, the OnePlus 15’s effective price slides comfortably around £40,000.

OnePlus 15 design

The OnePlus 15 switches to a flatter, iPhone-style design language first seen on the OnePlus 13s earlier this year. It has a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 1,800 nits maximum brightness, and 165Hz smooth refresh rate.

Although the resolution is lower than the QHD panel in the previous generation, OnePlus says this change allows for a higher refresh rate without affecting overall performance.

OnePlus 15 Performance and internal hardware

Powering the OnePlus 15 is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor paired with Adreno 840 GPU. The device supports up to 16GB LPDDR5x Ultra+ RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.
It also includes a dedicated touch response chip that allows for a 3,200 Hz sampling rate, as well as a separate Wi-Fi chip designed to improve network stability and range.

OnePlus 15 Software and update promise

The smartphone runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 and offers many AI-powered features. These include deeper integration with Google Gemini through the Plus Mind system.

OnePlus has reinforced its focus on long-term software support by committing to four years of Android OS updates and six years of security patches.

OnePlus 15 Camera setup and battery

OnePlus 15 has a triple 50MP rear camera setup. It includes a Sony IMX906 primary sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP ultrawide camera with 116-degree field of view, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens that offers 3.5x optical and up to 7x lossless digital zoom. On the front of the phone there is a 32MP Sony IMX709 RGBW camera with autofocus.

The device is backed by a large 7,300mAh dual-cell battery. It supports 120W SUPERVOOC fast charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging, making it among the fastest-charging flagship smartphones currently on sale.
