Alex de Minaur v Hubert Hurkacz, Maya Joint v Iga Swiatek in Australia v Poland quarter-final scores, odds, how to watch
Team Australia was officially eliminated from the Combined Cup after Polish duo Katarzyna Kawa and Jan Zielinski defeated John-Patrick Smith and Storm Hunter in their mixed doubles draw.
Hunter and Smith were competitive in the first set but Poland defeated Australia in the second set by scores of 6-4, 6-0 in 1 hour and 3 minutes.

This means Poland will face the USA in the semifinals on Saturday night. Belgium will face Switzerland in the semi-finals.
Women’s world No. 2 Iga Swiatek got Poland off to a perfect start with a clinical 6-1 6-1 win over Australian teenager Maya Joint.
When Alex de Minaur took the field against Hubert Hurkacz, it was a must-win match for the Australian.

The big-serving Pole troubled de Minaur and moved him around the court, but the Australian managed to get the job done in three sets to send the quarter-finals to a deciding mixed doubles draw.
But that wasn’t to be the case for the Australians, who struggled to keep up with Poland in the second set despite Hunter’s experience.
