Who is Tripti Kalhans?
IAS officer Tripti Kalhans hails from Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh. He completed his school education from Fatima Secondary School and graduated from Delhi University’s Kamla Nehru College, obtaining a B.Com degree.
He was always a student whose focus was not on studying but on chatting and playing games. However, Tripti strongly feels that someone who stays in the background is never afraid of losing anything, but is filled with hope and desire to win in life.
How did Tripti crack the UPSC exam?
After Tripe decided to pursue this field, he started preparing for the exam but failed four times. During this time, it was a thought that puzzled him why he thought being an average student was such a big risk. But each time he failed, his determination to pass one of the toughest exams and serve the country grew stronger.
After his fourth failure, he changed his strategy and abandoned the attitude of doing what so many successful people did.
-He left behind long hours or worked with quality work.
-He gave up the habit of memorizing everything with a deep understanding and writing it down in his own words.
-He kept social media and phones away from himself to avoid distraction.
