‘Asking the American people to not believe their eyes’

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) reacted after DHS Secretary Kristi Noem gave a briefing on the fatal shooting of a man in Minneapolis by a Border Patrol agent, telling CNN’s Jake Tapper, “I’m not asking the American people to believe me, I’m asking them to believe themselves” and to look at the video called “themselves.”
