As UTSonMobile App will be phased out from March 1, Indian Railways has urged passengers to switch to RailOne App early.
Existing IRCTC or UTS credentials can be used to log in to the RailOne app. RailOne, which brings booking, tracking, catering and complaint resolution under one roof, significantly reduces effort, saves time and improves the overall passenger experience, Southern Railway said.

In the first phase of the deprecation of the UTS app, season ticket booking and renewal and new user registration were disabled, followed by platform ticket booking and R-Wallet top-up, but the app remains available in the app store.
Users’ existing R-Wallet balance in the UTS App will remain fully secure and available for use in the RailOne app.
Notable features
Passengers can effortlessly book reserved, unreserved and platform tickets using a single app. With multiple payment options like UPI, debit and credit cards, R-wallet and internet banking, the booking process will be simple and secure.
