Police Seize ₹77 Lakh Unaccounted Cash

Hyderabad: Three persons carrying ₹ 76,87,650 on a bicycle without proof of support were stopped by Goshamahal police in Gyan Bagh Colony. After the trio failed to provide documentation or provide a satisfactory explanation proving that all the residents of Begum Bazaar were carrying the money, the police seized the money that was not in the account along with the bicycle.

According to police, the trio had collected the money from Sandeep of Begum Bazaar on the instructions of Kalpesh alias Kupa Ram and transported it to Thagaram of Afzalgunj, Goshamahal station house officer B. Shravan Kumar.
