TUCSON, Arizona — The FBI announced Thursday that it will double the reward to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of anyone involved in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, following the release of new details about a potential suspect.

New “identifying details” about Guthrie’s potential abductor were confirmed following forensic analysis of doorbell camera footage by the FBI’s Operational Technology Division, FBI Phoenix said.

It is stated that the suspect is a man of average build, 1.80 to 1.80 tall.

Authorities also noted the brand of backpack the suspect was wearing in a video released Tuesday, confirming it was a black, 25-liter “Ozark Trail Hiker Pack” backpack.
