Crime scene established after 18yo found with stab wounds at Blackmore Oval Leichhardt

An 18-year-old man has been taken to hospital following a stabbing in Sydney’s Inner West.

Emergency services were called to Blackmore Oval in Canal Road, Leichhardt, just after midnight on Tuesday.

The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics for “cuts to his head and hand” before being taken to hospital in a stable condition, according to NSW Police.

The police examined the scene and launched an investigation into the incident.
