JSW to put ₹65 crore Dulux royalty savings back into India’s competitive paints business to widen market share

“We acquired the decorative intellectual property right in June 2025 and the Dulux brand now belongs to Akzo Nobel India… So the copyright has ceased to exist, which translates to around Rs 60 to 65 million depending on the revenue trajectory,” Krishna R, chief financial officer of Akzo Nobel India, said during a post-earnings interaction with analysts. “And we are committed to… reallocating that amount to growth initiatives and gaining market share.”
