Corey Feldman and his estranged wife, Courtney Feldman, have officially finalized their divorce, with a Los Angeles judge signing off on a financial settlement that includes a six-figure lump sum payment.
According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the former child star will pay Courtney $100,000 in spousal support as part of the agreement resolving their separation.
Under the terms of the agreement, Feldman must make an initial payment of $10,000 within five days of signing the agreement, followed by payments of $10,000 every two months until the full amount is met.
Feldman will also remain liable for outstanding IRS debt beginning in 2021; According to court records, he is already ‘paying off’ these debts.
Despite the significant payout, the actor will keep several high-value assets, including a 2016 BMW, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz, a 2013 Coachmen Mirada camper, five Tesla shares, and a collection of memorabilia belonging to his late friend Michael Jackson.
Meanwhile, Courtney will walk away with all of her home furnishings, furnishings, appliances, equipment, and related items.

According to legal documents, ‘Each Party is satisfied with the information in its possession and does not require further information to knowingly agree to the terms of this Proposed Order.’
In addition to agreeing to sign both a confidentiality agreement and a non-disparagement agreement, each party will pay their own attorneys’ fees.
The former couple, who have no children, got married in a lavish ceremony held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on November 22, 2016.
They separated on June 22, 2023, and Feldman publicly confirmed the separation later that summer.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Feldman’s representatives for additional comment.
The judge presiding over the case confirmed that the couple had reached a comprehensive financial solution in his statement to the court on November 20.

Feldman and Courtney, a Canadian-born model and DJ, cited health issues as a contributing factor to their separation.
Courtney previously revealed that her chronic fatigue syndrome diagnosis made it difficult to keep up with Feldman’s touring lifestyle.

“It’s been a long journey dealing with my own chronic fatigue syndrome,” she said in a statement, adding that despite their separation, she will “always treasure” the time they shared and will be grateful for Feldman’s support during their health struggles.
At the time of their separation, Feldman told NBC News that he had voluntarily paid spousal support and planned to continue doing so regardless of the court order, and emphasized that there was no infidelity.
Court records later revealed growing tensions over financial matters.
Courtney asked the court earlier this month to increase her monthly support, arguing that the $3,500 Feldman paid her — up from $2,000 previously — was insufficient given the disparity in their income.
