Elijah Blue Allman arrested twice in one weekend in New Hampshire

Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman, was arrested in New Hampshire on Sunday; This was his second arrest in a weekend.

Allman, 49, was charged with theft, two counts of criminal mischief and breach of bail.

He was arraigned in Salem District Court on March 2 and was ordered placed in preventive custody.

Allman was reportedly found smoking on the living room couch. Authorities identified Allman as a burglary suspect.

On Friday, February 27, Allman was arrested at a private high school in New Hampshire and charged with four misdemeanors: two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, and criminal threatening.

Allman was also charged with disorderly conduct, which, although illegal, is not considered a crime in the state, according to the Associated Press.

Concord police officers responded to St. Louis around 7 p.m. after receiving reports that Allman was causing a disturbance in the school’s dining hall, the release said. He reported responding to a call at St. Paul School.
