EAM Jaishankar speaks with Iranian counterpart, discusses bilateral ties, BRICS
“Last night, we met with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi once again. We discussed bilateral issues as well as BRICS-related issues,” Jaishankar said in a post on X. he said.

Jaishankar had earlier discussed the issue of shipping safety and energy security in a meeting with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, the Ministry of External Affairs said in a press conference.
External Affairs Spokesperson Jaiswal said the discussion focused on ensuring safe passage of ships and maintaining stable energy supply in the region.
