President Donald Trump, 79, stumbled over the words as he read his own comically large notes during the executive order signing on Tuesday. After signing an order restricting mail-in voting rules nationwide in his latest attempt to tighten his grip on American elections, the geriatric president began talking at length about his pet vanity project, the $400 million White House ballroom. Reading from his own notes, which appear to have been written with his favorite black Sharpie (a size not dissimilar to that of Founding Father John Hancock), Trump had some difficulty reading a few words in particular.
