Woman who went missing from Assam’s Guwahati rescued from Shillong

A woman, who was reported missing from Assam’s Guwahati a day ago, was rescued from Polo area in Shillong, police said on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

The woman, who worked as a teacher in Assam until the end of March, was reported missing due to circumstances that are yet to be fully established, officials said.
