Iran Denies Suspending Cooperation With IAEA, Reaffirms Commitment To NPT | World News

Iran reported that Tehran has suspended cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and said that the nuclear weapon was connected to the Prevention Treaty (NPT).

In a mission in X, Iran Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that all interactions with the UN Atomic Agency will now be handled by the country’s National Security Council for security and protection.

The day after the Iran’s state media, Masoud Pesshkian, president of the state media, approved the law of suspending cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
