North Carolina must now remove noncitizens from voter rolls by law

The state of North Carolina must now remove non-citizens who are exempt from jury duty from its voter rolls, Fox News Digital learned Thursday.

The Republican National Committee and the North Carolina Republican Party announced they have entered into a consent decree requiring the North Carolina State Board of Elections to use jury duty records to identify registered voters who acknowledge that they are not U.S. citizens.

These non-citizens will need to be removed from the voter rolls; This would be a significant legal victory in forcing a state to purge voter rolls in the face of strong opposition from Democrats.
