Scrap income tax on overtime hours, says Reform UK

Helen Miller of the Institute for Fiscal Studies said the Reform proposal was “problematic in principle and practice” and that “if the aim is to increase labor supply, it is not clear why an incentive should be aimed at increasing the working hours of employees already working at least 40 hours a week”.
