Banks ‘crash’ LIVE: Emergency services swarm village as ‘lorry crashes into building’ | UK | News

A large cordon was set up in a village in England on Thursday morning (May 28) after reports emerged that a lorry had crashed into a building. Emergency services rushed to Church Road in Banks, with images from the scene showing police and fire and rescue service vehicles in the area.

The road, which includes the junction of Church Road and Chapel Lane, has been closed. Liverpool Echo reports. Lancashire Police, Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service and incident response units are all present at the incident.
