Stampede deaths: Cabinet to act against Police, KSCA, RCB & DNA officials

The cabinet on Thursday decided to accept his report on the 4 June confluence outside the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru of John Michael D’Cunha. The government will take action against all officials, private executives and stadium office owners specified by the judge’s report.

The government will now act according to the cabin decision against the Karnataka State Cricket Association, President Raghuram Bhat, former secretary A Shankar and former Treasurer Es Jair, RCB Franchise Vice President Es Rajesh Menon and DNA entertainment network MD Venkat Vardhan.

Last month, Shankar and Jairam resigned from KSCA duties and had moral responsibility for tragic confluence.
