UK high street giant closing 11 stores in days – full list | UK | News

The UK high street giant is set to close a total of 11 stores in the coming days after going into administration earlier this year. British clothing retailer Quiz appointed joint administrators from Interpath in February for the second time in just 12 months. This is part of managers’ larger plan to close all 37 remaining stores by the end of June 2026.
Since the stores went into administration, they have been running huge closing clearance sales to clear stock before they close for good. The remaining high street stores are currently offering discounts of 60% to 80% on everything across all their UK stores.
A message to customers on the Quiz Clothing website reads: “EVERYTHING MUST GO. Any remaining stock must be cleared. This includes evening wear, casual styles, shoes and accessories. Please note that due to the nature of the sale, all purchases are final.”
The clothing brand was first launched in 1993 but is now set to cease trading before July.
Last month Interpath Managing Director and joint administrator Geoff Jacobs said: “Once again we would like to say a big thank you to the Quiz staff who showed such dedication and professionalism under difficult circumstances.”
Alistair McAlinden, Chairman of Interpath in Scotland and joint director, added: “As we head into the May Bank Holiday weekend, we are encouraging shoppers to visit their local store as we launch our latest closing sale.”
Quiz went into administration on 5 February, resulting in 109 redundancies across its head office and warehouse operations. More job losses are now coming as the retailer continues its final store closures.
