Cameron Conley was arrested Wednesday on a DUI charge after informing staff at Grayson Lake Marina in Carter County that 19-year-old Marly Kinney was no longer on his boat and he could not find her.

Conley was arrested and taken to the Carter County Detention Center and later released. Carter County is located approximately 90 miles east of Lexington.

“We don’t even know how to express our absolute gratitude to all of you. We remain confident that he will be found and brought back to us. We know we have the best people who did their best to bring him home,” the statement said.

Kinney’s sister, Willow VanHoose, posted pictures of him on Thursday and described what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
“She was wearing a strapless pink-orange bikini and probably no shoes. She wore gold jewelry and often wore a dainty gold cross necklace,” she wrote on Facebook. “She has many tattoos; a sword on her side, a spider circling her hip, butterflies on her arm, a tiger on her arm, and fairies on her shoulder.”

As the search entered its third day, there was no more meaningful progress from crews in the field, according to Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources spokeswoman Lisa Jackson.
“I have learned that there is no new update from our game wardens on the scene. As weather conditions in the area change throughout the day, searches continue as long as weather permits,” Jackson said in a statement to Fox News on Saturday morning.
