Flipkart bets on SuperCoins to outlast India’s discount wars
Gaurav Arora, Flipkart’s head of payments, said in an interview that around 40 million users have earned or burned SuperCoins in some way, a third of Flipkart’s customer base has engaged with the program and nearly 90% of earned coins have been redeemed, highlighting how loyalty is gaining momentum in the discount-driven Indian e-commerce market.
