Two arrested after scaling Empire State Building in daring stunt

While investigators try to figure out how they gained access to the restricted area, a couple who climbed to the top of the Empire State Building at noon and rallied crowds with a banner and an apparent marriage proposal remain in police custody, charged with felonies including reckless endangerment.
