Telangana Govt Sets Up Control Room After Vietnam Boat Capsize

Hyderabad: The Telangana government has set up a control room to help families following the capsizing incident of a boat involving Indian tourists, including those from the state, near Phu Quoc Island in Vietnam.
According to an official note issued by the General Administration (NRI) Department on July 11, the control room was set up to facilitate coordination and provide information to the families of those affected.
The government has also published helpline numbers for assistance: 9885371189, 7997959754, 9989654807 and 7997959779.
The initiative aims to provide timely support and communication with families as more details about the incident emerge, officials said.
