Thirty years after her rise to fame, Diane hasn’t aged a day as she continues to maintain her incredibly youthful appearance.
Diane, who shares her seven-year-old daughter Nova Tennessee with her fiancé Norman Reedus, regained her forgotten love of fitness after having her child in her arms.
He wanted to regain control of his body to prepare for his role in the 2019 spy movie The 335.
The film is filled with action scenes and stunts as Diane begins training during the six months after birth.
‘It was scary,’ he said Women’s Health. ‘But after being a full-time mum for six months, I was ready to get back to myself and get out of the house.
‘It’s been fun to be away for a few hours each day to focus on my body and my work. It was so exciting to get back to lifting heavy, kicking higher and trusting my body.’
Boxing workouts, jogging and two-hour workouts quickly became part of his weekly routine.
Her challenging workouts include elliptical, burpees, box jumps, sit-ups, planks and 20-pound squats.
Diane said she has learned to love and appreciate her changing body and mind as she gets older.
‘When I was younger I was naturally skinny and did a lot of ballet and ballroom dancing, so I didn’t exercise traditionally. “But when I turned 32, I felt my metabolism changing,” he added. ‘That’s when I thought I had to exercise so I could eat what I wanted, and I was afraid of it.’

To combat fatigue, Diane started taking vegan multivitamins, which she says helped her feel less exhausted.
Diana makes a point of cooking a healthy meal from scratch every day for her fiancé and daughter.
She told Grazia: ‘We’re healthy, I always try to be sensible about what I buy and what we need. ‘I hate throwing away food.’
Diane has previously insisted she is taking a natural approach to aging, detailing the secrets to her youthful appearance.
‘While I appreciate the benefits of skin care treatments such as facials and massages, I prioritize practices that support overall health and vitality,’ she said Women&Home.
“With age and motherhood, I have experienced a profound shift in my perception of myself,” Diane continued. ‘Staying fit, healthy and strong for myself and my daughter is my main priority.

Diane follows a protein-packed breakfast of boiled eggs, avocado and multigrain toast.
For lunch, he prefers a salmon-based dish with plenty of vegetables and finishes his dinner with chicken or beef.
