The company, trading under the symbol “REF,” offered 14,062,500 shares, bringing its IPO raise to $210.9 million.

It is among a handful of consumer and retail companies to go public this year amid a decline in IPOs since the 2021 boom. Goes public on the same day as sandwich chain Reformation Jersey Mike’sIt is also listed on the NYSE.

Reformation has recorded double-digit net revenue growth for 20 consecutive quarters through the first quarter of 2026, according to its S-1 fact sheet. Its net income for the full year 2025 was $507.1 million, with net income including the impact of President Donald Trump’s tariffs of $12.6 million.

The company has 70 stores in the US, UK, Canada and France as of the first quarter of 2026.

“We believe we will continue to see the benefit of operating in the highly fragmented fashion industry and are well positioned to benefit from the growing global demand for sustainable fashion,” the company wrote in its S-1 filing.

Reformation also said it sees more than 1 million active customers in its direct-to-consumer channel by 2025. The majority of their customers, 70%, are between the ages of 25 and 50.

CEO Hali Borenstein told CNBC’s “Morning Call” that the company’s customer base is diverse, with 20% of new customers last year being under 25 and 20% over 50.

He added that the company’s average consumer earns more than $100,000 a year, making the company more insulated from the macroeconomic pressures affecting other retailers.
