Australia co-ordinating on recognition of Palestine
Australia is one step closer to recognizing the Palestinian state and is coordinated with other nations because the Minister of Foreign Affairs warned that there is no “Palestine left”.
Canada, England and France, in the midst of a humanitarian crisis in Gaza in September, the United Nations meeting announced that it plans to recognize the Palestinian province.
Although the Federal government said that the state of state was a matter of “when it is not”, the Prime Minister said that the Prime Minister had previously said that any UN decision should not play any role in the future country.
Now, Foreign Minister Penny Wong has announced that he is working on recognizing other countries to meet Australia’s concerns.
On Tuesday, “We understand urgency, we understand the importance of having an impact, we discuss and coordinate these problems with many countries.”
“Everyone understands that there is a risk that there will be no Palestinian to recognize the international community unless they work together in two states.
“We want to work with others to ensure that Hamas has no role in a future Palestinian province, and we have a unique opportunity with the international community to isolate Hamas right now.”
Prime Minister Anthony Albania spoke with Mahmud Abbas, the President of the Palestinian authority on Tuesday, when Australia repeated his devotion to a two -state solution that would allow Palestine and Israel to exist together in the Middle East.
He also emphasized that immediately to Gaza, a permanent ceasefire and all hostages should be released.
Abbas thanked Australia for economic and human support for Gaza and agreed to meet the UN General Assembly meeting since September 9th.
More than 140 of the 193 UN member states already know the Palestinian province, including the European Union member states, including Spain and Ireland.
Australian development comes after important pro -city protests in the weekend capitals, including a 90,000 march at the Sydney Harbor Bridge on Sunday.
On Monday, Australia also committed 20 million dollars for humanitarian aid for Gaza, because the UN resources found that more than two million people in the Empire were facing high levels of food insecurity.
Mr. Albania also asked for a call with his Israeli counterpart Benjamin Netanyahu.
The crisis in Gaza began after Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023 and killed 1200 people and took about 250 more hostages.
According to Gaza’s health officials, Israel’s retaliation response has killed more than 60,000 people since then.
Although Israel has branded an aggressive genocide brand by international human rights groups, Israel refused to be hunger or defeated.
Gaza Health Ministry said that the number of people who have died of starvation since the war began on a night, including 93 children, including 93 children.
The Australian government caused problems with the Israeli position.
