Zelenskiy expects Ukraine security guarantees framework to be ready next week

KYIV (Reuters) -Bir President Volodymyr Zelenskiy is waiting for a framework for security guarantees to organize Ukraine as soon as possible next week, because Kyiv continues to negotiate with allies to obtain a solid support mechanism to prevent more Russian aggression with the allies.

On Thursday, Zelenskiy said he had discussed the issue with Tayyip Erdoğan in the Turkish counterpart in a night after killing at least 19 people in a night.

“National security consultants are now working on each specific component and the entire frame will be held on paper next week.” He said.

Authorized, a Turkish initiative was shot on a strike on a night, he added.

Zelenskiy said that the Turkish Defense Minister will participate in discussions “to explore Türkiye’s potential participation in the Black Sea, especially in the Black Sea.”

Umerov was visiting Türkiye on Thursday to discuss the issue, Rustem Umerov, President of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, on Facebook.

Türkiye welcomed the debates on security guarantees and said it would contribute to any attempt to ensure permanent peace in Ukraine.

Previously, a concrete method and framework were determined, but if he did not clearly decide on anything, he could consider participating in peace initiatives.
